Educational Services and School Leadership

Welcome to the Educational Services and School Leadership team with Natomas Unified School District. Our team is dedicated to fostering academic excellence and equity across all schools in the district. We oversee curriculum, instruction, assessment, research and data and professional development, helping to ensure that every student receives a high quality education. Our department also leads critical initiatives including Equity in Excellence (E2), Multilingual learner services, early learning programs, extended learning opportunities and LEAP Academy, and the procurement and implementation of instructional materials. Through a collaborative approach rooted in reflection and a commitment to continuous improvement, we support our educators and students in achieving their fullest potential.
